Bringing an expert onto your legal team provides a wealth of experience to assess whether processes were followed as required to produce valid, reliable results. Whether the investigation was complete and thorough in the observation and documentation of evidence, and whether the interpretation of those observations was accurate. The investigation should culminate in a correct decision regarding arrest and the charges pending.
Forensic Analysis Package
Analyzing the discovery to identify strengths and weaknesses in the case, highlighting any errors, omissions, and discrepancies, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and statutes. Highlighting areas for negotiation with opposing counsel and for preparing direct and cross-examination questions for court hearings. The packages may include attorney consultations, language translation, transcript review, additional research, and attorney support.
Premium Option: Provides a comprehensive analysis report with expert opinions on the case's key elements. Summary Option: The analysis doesn’t change, just a less detailed report, and the opinion report is omitted.
Additional Reports available include a Preliminary Review of the case paperwork to help decide the best way forward, an Expert Opinion to complement a summary report where it was omitted, the Traffic Stop is an option if you're just looking to fight a traffic ticket or the events that followed the traffic stop, or Partial Element an option if you only need a specific area of the case analyzed, or want a second opinion before focusing on that element in court.
Additional Investigation
Encompassing a range of tasks, including scene visits, evidence review, vehicle inspections, subject interviews, and baseline sobriety assessments, although other services may be available. Options include a pre-approved flat fee for the requested services or a retainer and a minimum charge of two hours.
Expert Testimony Package
Professional testimony, including in-person or remote testimony, using information from analysis conducted, additional investigation, or blind testimony from specialist areas. This package may encompass pre-testimony consultation, court transcript review, testimony preparation, attorney support, court wait time, expert testimony appearance, use of my name as an expert witness testifying to your case, and return travel within Colorado & Utah. Further travel shall incur additional costs. Appearance for testimony dates is not guaranteed until testimony funds have been received.
