Forensic Analysis Package

​

A comprehensive analysis of Impaired Driving, Vehicle Collision, or Impaired Collision cases. Reviewing the police reports and digital discovery to identify strengths and weaknesses in the case, highlighting any errors, omissions, or discrepancies in the evidence, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The review highlights areas for negotiation with opposing counsel and for preparing direct and cross-examination questions for court hearings. This package may encompass attorney consultations, translation and transcription, additional research, court transcripts, forensic analysis observation notes, an expert opinion report, and attorney support. Vehicle collision analysis involves a crash investigation, not a full crash reconstruction. Summary and Preliminary reviews are also available, with limited analysis and reporting, to help the reader decide how best to proceed. Fees are based on individual case requirements.

Additional Investigation

Traffic investigation, either in connection with an analysis being completed or a separate investigation. Encompassing a range of tasks, including scene visits, evidence review, vehicle inspections, subject interviews, and baseline sobriety assessments, although other services may be available.

Expert Testimony Package

Professional testimony, including in-person or remote testimony, using information from analysis conducted, additional investigation, or blind testimony from specialist areas. This package may encompass pre-testimony consultation, court transcript review, testimony preparation, attorney support, court wait time, expert testimony appearance, use of my name as an expert witness testifying on your case, and return travel to court within Colorado & Utah.

As a retired law enforcement instructor, I offer the same training to other groups interested in how police are trained. Since retiring, I have expanded my knowledge base through additional training and incorporated it into presentations to benefit your group. In-person and remote options are available, with presentations tailored to you.
