Case Investigation
Encompassing a range of tasks, including scene visits, evidence review, vehicle inspections, and subject interviews, although other services may be available. Non-traffic case investigation is also available. Fee options include a pre-approved flat fee for the requested services or a retainer, with an hourly rate and minimum charge of two hours.
Expert Testimony Package
Professional testimony, either in-person or remotely, using information from analysis conducted, additional investigation, or blind testimony. Plus, you gain an expert resource on your team to assist with court preparation. This package may encompass pre-testimony consultation, court transcript review, testimony preparation, attorney support, court wait time, expert testimony appearance, advisory witness for pre-trial hearings, and return travel within Colorado & Utah: some locations may incur additional costs. A 50% deposit is required to reserve court dates.
