Forensic Analysis Package

​

A comprehensive analysis of the police reports and digital discovery to identify strengths and weaknesses in the case, highlighting any errors, omissions, or discrepancies in the evidence, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The review highlights areas for negotiations with opposing counsel or preparing direct and cross-examination questions for court hearings. This package may encompass attorney consultations, translation and transcription, additional research, court transcripts, forensic analysis report, expert opinion report, Summary Report, and attorney support. Packages are available for either Impaired Driving or Vehicle Collisions, with combination cases also available.

Partial Case Analysis

​

Although a complete forensic analysis is the best value, a Partial Review may better suit your needs and includes the same level of service. If you only need to review a single element of the complete case, this is an option for you. Another partial review option is a diagnostic assessment of the police narrative reports and related paperwork, with a summary report provided to help determine the best course of action. Please remember, partial reviews can limit the expert testimony available for your case.

Expert Testimony Package

​

Professional testimony, including in-person or remote testimony, for legal proceedings, using information from reviews conducted, an investigation completed, or blind testimony from specialist areas. This service may encompass pre-testimony consultation, court transcript review, testimony preparation, court wait time, advisory witness services, expert testimony, return travel to court, as well as second-day holdover (if schedule allows).

Case Investigation

 

Traffic investigation services can be conducted in addition to completed case reviews or separately and encompass a range of tasks, including scene visits, evidence review, vehicle inspections, subject location, subject interviews, and baseline sobriety assessments.

 

Instruction & Presentation

 

As a retired law enforcement instructor, the same training provided to police officers can be offered to other groups interested in learning how police are trained. Since retiring, my knowledge base has grown through additional training, which I have incorporated into presentations to benefit your group. In-person and remote options are available, with presentations tailored to your training needs.

Pre-Paid Flat Fees

​

The level of service should not be limited by the concerns of a ‘running meter’ for every task required. Tracking tasks takes time and diverts focus from the goal of providing a high-quality professional service to the client. Flat fees make budgeting easier for clients and limit surprise costs. Therefore, an hourly rate is not the preferred payment method.
