Who better to review a DUI investigation than someone who has taught Law Enforcement officers how to properly investigate impaired driving cases?

It doesn't matter if it's a Criminal or Civil case, if I'm working for the Prosecution or the Defense, my observations and opinions won't change as they are based purely on the evidence provided and rules and regulations to comply with, nothing else.

Case Review Services

A review of case discovery aims to identify errors, omissions, and discrepancies in evidence while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Flat-fee review services may encompass an initial consultation, a post-review consultation, any necessary audio transcription, an observation report, and an expert opinion report. Additional tasks requested beyond the review are charged at the hourly investigation rates outlined below.
Impaired Driving: DUI or DRE
The DUI investigation review includes the initial Vehicle and Driver Contacts, focusing on personal observations and the driver's interview, as well as any Sobriety and Chemical Tests to ensure compliance with standardized testing, blood or breath sample collection, and the toxicology results. The DRE Evaluation review adds the Drug Influence Evaluation, focusing on compliance with the evaluation, an accurate opinion on drug categories, and toxicology analysis.
Vehicle Crash: Property or Injury
The property crash review encompasses property damage crash investigations, witness interviews, and the determination of proximate cause. The injury crash review, in addition to serious bodily injury and fatal injury crashes, also involves reviews of medical records, coroner's reports, and any toxicology analysis.

Other Reviews: Preliminary or Traffic Stop

A preliminary review of the police reports is also available to provide you with initial feedback on the case. However, without reviewing the digital discovery, the report is limited in its scope. The cost of the preliminary review is credited to a full review if requested after receiving the initial review. If you have a case that starts with a traffic stop and results in a citation or progresses into something more significant, this review focuses on the legality of that traffic stop.

Testimony Services
This flat-fee daily rate may encompass pre-testimony consultation, testimony preparation, court wait time, expert testimony, return travel to court, and any lodging required. To reserve the testimony dates, a deposit of 50% of the total testimony service cost must be made at least thirty days in advance, and the remaining payment must be made at least seven days before the appearance date(s). The rates are tiered based on the court's distance from Loma, Colorado. Remote testimony, up to 150 miles, and up to 350 miles. Over 350 miles on a case by case basis.

Investigation Services
By-the-hour investigations and travel time, for work in addition to a flat fee review, or independent of a review. Options include Scene Surveys, evidence inspections, vehicle inspections, Subject Interviews, and Baseline Performance Assessments. A prepaid retainer is required, with a two-hour minimum charge. A higher default hourly rate is charged when a positive retainer balance is not maintained.
