Investigation Services
By-the-hour investigations and travel time for any casework not covered by the flat fee case reviews. A retainer is required to cover the work requested. Options include Scene Surveys, evidence inspections, vehicle inspections, Subject Interviews, and Baseline Performance Assessments.
Expert Testimony Services
This flat fee service may encompass pre-testimony consultation, time for testimony preparation, expert testimony (whether case-specific or blind), and advisory witness support. Transcript reviews will incur an additional charge. Testimony dates are not guaranteed until funds have been received to secure the desired appearance date(s).
